To turn back on the Windows Firewall, follow the above-mentioned steps then turn on Firewall for both Private network settings and Public network settings and then click OK.
Method 3. Turn Off Windows Firewall in Windows 10 using Command Prompt
Step 1. Right-click on the Start Menu button then select Command Prompt (Admin) or simply type CMD in the search box and run it as an administrator.
Step 2. Type the following command then press Enter to turn OFF the Windows Firewall in Windows 10 via Command Prompt:
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off
Step 3. Type the following command then press Enter to turn back ON the Windows Firewall in Windows 10 via Command Prompt:
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state on
Method 4. Turn Off Windows Firewall in Windows 10 via Windows PowerShell
Step 1. Right-click on the Start Menu button then select Windows PowerShell (Admin) or simply type Windows PowerShell in the search box and run it as an administrator.
