Step 1. Launch the VMware virtual machine, select macOS Catalina VM and click on Power on this virtual machine.

Step 3. Select the VM tab and click Install VMware Tools…

Step 7. Enter the password and select Install Software. 

Step 8. Click Open Security Preferences.

Step 9. Here, click on the lock icon at the bottom left-hand side and enter your Mac password and click Unlock.

Step 10. On this screen, click Allow next to System software from developer “VMware, Inc.” was blocked from loading. When you are done, click the lock icon again.

Step 11. Click Restart.

Step 12. Finally, enjoy macOS Catalina in full-screen mode or full resolution mode on VMware Workstation.
