How to Resize an Image on Samsung Galaxy S9, S10 & Later Devices (One UI 2.1)
So, if you have updated your Samsung S9 or later devices to One UI 2.1 then you can reduce the picture size by resizing the image. Here, how to resize an image on Samsung Galaxy within the Gallery app without using any image resizer app.
Step 1. Go to the Gallery app and look for the image you want to resize or reduce the picture size. Tap on it open.
Step 2. Tap the Edit button at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3. Tap the three dots icon on the top right-hand corner.
Step 4. Select Resize image.
Step 5. Choose your preferred resized image percentage, then tap on Done.
Step 6. At last, tap Save.
Once the image has been resized you will notice within the photo details the size of the picture file will be reduced. However, when an image resizes then it will lose its quality a bit.
