Method 1

Step 1. Open the Instagram app on your Android or iPhone and tap the search icon at the bottom of your screen.

Step 2. Now, tap IGTV from the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 3. Tap the + icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 4. Select a video. Remember that your video must be between 1 and 15 minutes long.

Step 5. After selecting a video, tap Next on the top right-hand corner.

Step 6. To add a cover image, you can either select a video frame or add an image from your Gallery on Android and Camera Roll on iPhone. When done tap Next.

Step 7. Add a title and description and then tap Post on the top right-hand corner.

You can also enable Post a Preview option to post a preview of your video to the Instagram feed. If you disable the Post a Preview option, your video will be uploaded to IGTV but won’t appear to your profile or feed.

Step 1. Open the Instagram app on your Android or iPhone.

Step 2. Tap the + icon on the bottom of your screen.

Step 3. Now select a video from the Gallery app on Android and Camera Roll on iPhone and tap Next.

Step 4. Here, you have two options: Short Video and Long Video. Select Long Video and tap Continue.

Step 6. Add a title and description and then tap Post on the top right-hand corner.
