Step 7. Select Create PIN code. Remember the PIN code.
Step 8. On your phone (Samsung Galaxy), swipe down twice and select Link to Windows. Touch and hold on to it to open.

Step 9. Click Add computer. Select Continue.
Step 10. Now, enter the PIN code, tap Done and tap Continue. Pairing with PC.
Step 11. Finally, tap Done.
Once the setup on the phone is complete, your PC should be linked.
