1. Connect Galaxy Ring to your Samsung Phone
The method of pairing a Galaxy Ring is similar to connecting a Galaxy Buds but with a minor change.
- Download and install the Galaxy Wearable app if not installed.
- Open the charging case of Galaxy Ring and make sure the Ring is inside the case. press and hold the multipurpose button for at least 3 seconds.
- Tap Connect and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Know your Ring’s Battery Status
- Blinking green light: Take off your ring to check its battery level. Your ring’s light will flash green if the battery is above 15%.
- Blinking red light: It will flash red when it’s below 15% to let you know it’s time for a charge.
3. Energy Score
Samsung’s Energy Score on a Galaxy Watch is different from the Home Energy Score and Energy Star Score. It’s a number out of 100 that shows your body’s energy levels for the day. This score is based on your daily activity, weekly sleep, average sleeping heart rate, and sleeping heart rate variability. The Galaxy AI calculates this score on a compatible wearable and shows the details in the Samsung Health app. You must wear the Galaxy Watch for 24 hours to get the reading.

4. Sleep
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app and select Sleep.

5. Enable or Disable Blood Oxygen During Sleep, Snore Detection, and Skin Temperature During Sleep
Open the Galaxy Wearable app. Tap Health settings.
Tap Sleep.

6. Heart Rate Monitor

While wearing your ring. you can make a double pinch gesture to dismiss an alarm or to take a picture or video when the Camera app is open. Pinch with the finger where you wear your ring.

- Under the Double Pinch Actions, enable or disable the Dismiss alarm and Take picture or video.
