Do you want to add a YouTube link or any link to your Facebook story? If yes then we got you covered. In this post, you’re going to learn how to add a clickable link to the Facebook story on Android devices.
However, Facebook stories have become a trendy method for quickly sharing special moments, deals, and news with your followers. Although these stories don’t last long, you can now enhance their usefulness by including links that can be clicked. This new feature lets you lead your viewers to websites, pages, items, or other online stuff right from your story.
Meanwhile, there’s a time when you watch a beautiful video on YouTube or read an extremely helpful article and you might want to share it as a link in your Facebook Messenger story.
Unfortunately, Facebook does not offer a feature in its app or desktop website that allows you to post a clickable link to your stories. Many workarounds may be found on the internet, however, the majority of them do not work.
Why Use Clickable Links in Facebook Stories
Clickable links add a new dimension to your Facebook stories, turning them from mere visual content into interactive experiences. They enable you to:
- Drive Traffic: Clickable links make it effortless for your audience to visit your website or designated pages, increasing the likelihood of conversions.
- Share More Information: Sometimes, the story itself isn’t enough to convey all the details. With clickable links, you can direct users to additional information.
- Promote Products and Services: If you’re promoting a product or service, clickable links let users make direct purchases or learn more.
- Increase User Engagement: Interaction is key to keeping your audience engaged. Clickable links provide a seamless way for users to engage further.
