Do you want to know when your Galaxy phone’s battery is low and set a reminder for it? If that’s the case, then this guide is for you. This post will show you how to set low battery warning on Samsung Galaxy phones.
Meanwhile, by default, the Samsung Galaxy phone plays a sound when your battery is lower than 15%. However, it won’t announce the low battery notification. Fortunately, with Samsung’s Good Lock app and Routine+ module, you can easily set low battery announcement.
Samsung Good Lock is like a toolbox full of downloadable tools, called modules, that can personalize your device and add extra features. Think of it as a set of customization tools that give Samsung’s One UI a personalized touch, almost like creating your own customized software for your phone.
This app has been around since the days of the Samsung Galaxy S7 series. Initially, it was all about tweaking the lock screen elements on Samsung’s original TouchWiz UI, hence the name “Good Lock.” However, Samsung has continuously upgraded and revamped it over time. Now, it offers a wide range of customization options for things like lock screens, notifications, and even the look of the clock on your screen. Plus, it goes beyond just looks—it boosts multitasking abilities, enhances the S Pen experience, and lets you use apps on the cover screen of the Galaxy Z Flip 5.
Routines+
Routines+ brings extra capabilities to Bixby Routines, offering new tools like macros and context-based triggers. Imagine setting up a series of touch actions as a routine. Not sure how that could be handy? Picture creating a macro that automatically checks for updates in the Galaxy Store or opens a favorite retailer’s sales page in your browser. The possibilities are vast, limited only by your creativity.
You can even activate Samsung’s pre-made routines, such as turning your S Pen into an arrow key or receiving an audible alert when your battery runs low.
With this module, a new Settings menu called Modes and Routines is added, giving you easy access to all the routines you’ve created.
