So, here are the steps to turn off and disable the heart rate monitor on Samsung Watch.
Step 1. On your Galaxy Watch press the bottom button to open the home app drawer. Find and locate the Samsung Health app and tap to open the app.
Step 2. Scroll down and tap on the heart icon.
Step 3. Finally, tap the Settings or gear icon at the bottom.
Step 4. Here, you’ll have three options: Measure continuously, Every 10 mins while still, and Manual measurement. So, to disable the heart rate monitor, simply select Manual measurement. After this, unless you manually take a reading, your Galaxy Watch will never record your heart rate.
