Samsung Galaxy smartwatches are excellent productivity tools, but they can also be used to track fitness. Heart rate monitoring is one beneficial function. In the meantime, the LED lights (green lights) on the Galaxy watch flash hundreds of times per second to compute the number of times the heart beats each minute.
Furthermore, Samsung smartwatches have used heart rate sensors since the Gear 2, which was introduced in 2014. Your heart rate may be measured by any contemporary Samsung Gear or Galaxy smartwatch. Smartwatches, on the other hand, are not medical devices and should not be used to make a diagnosis.
