During the formal announcement of One UI 5.0 at the SDC 2022 event, Samsung detailed all of the new and enhanced features that Samsung consumers will be able to enjoy once the One UI 5.0 upgrade, which is based on Android 13, is available for their devices. The Bixby Text Call function was one of the most fascinating and talked-about features. This post will teach you how to enable the Bixby text call feature on Samsung One UI 5.1 based on Android 13.
Bixby Text Call, which was announced alongside One UI 5, is a useful function that borrows from Google Assistant Call Screening. While the Assistant’s Call Screening allows you to avoid taking incoming calls with your voice and instead choose answers, you can’t necessarily enter your own messages for the caller to hear.
That is exactly what Samsung’s version enables. You may type up text replies for Bixby’s automated voice to read aloud to the caller; whatever the caller says will be converted to text so you don’t miss anything.
You’ll be given the opportunity to send recommended messages, similar to Call Screening on the Pixel, which is useful for a brief call that you can’t necessarily take right now. Furthermore, you may construct bespoke rapid replies that you know you’ll use.

Feature Availability
It appears that One UI 5 is bringing options relating to Bixby Text Call for Galaxy phones such as the Galaxy S22 to customers in various areas. Unfortunately, it appears that the functionality is only available to Korean speakers, as it was initially revealed in October during the One UI 5 launch event.
If you do not speak or operate in Korean, the call screening tool will be ineffective because it is only available in that language.
Text Call, on the other hand, will be available in English beginning in “early 2023,” according to Samsung. Further details are not accessible. We don’t know when an English version of the function will be available, as it is just now being rolled out for the Korean language.
