Fix #1. Check Left/Right Sound Balance from the Settings on your Galaxy Phone

Follow the below steps to fix Galaxy Buds low volume in one ear.

• Go to the Settings app.
• Scroll down and then select Accessibility.
• Tap Hearing enhancements.
• Make sure the slider is right in the center for the connected audio under the Left/right sound balance.

Fix #2. Check Left/Right Sound Balance on the Galaxy Wearable App

In this method, you’ll need to connect your Samsung earbuds to your phone via Galaxy Wearable app. Read this post to know how to pair Galaxy Buds with a Samsung phone. 

1. Once you’ve connected the Galaxy Buds with your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Tap Earbuds settings.
3. Select Accessibility.
4. Make sure the slider is right in the center under the Left/right sound balance.

Additional Tips: Reset Galaxy Buds Settings

If the 2 above-mentioned methods are not working, then you must reset the Galaxy Buds settings from the Galaxy Wearable app.

• Go to the Galaxy Wearable app.
• Tap Earbuds settings.
• Select Reset and tap Reset again to confirm.
